Medical information on Endo Smart Lift

In the manufacturer’s technical information, Endo Smart Lift is described as a diode laser platform that delivers wavelengths of 1470 nm and 980 nm through fiber optics. In selected procedures, a thin fiber is advanced under the skin with the aim of creating a controlled thermal effect. The procedure is therefore not ‘entirely external’ or risk-free; it is a minimally invasive medical procedure and is not equivalent to a surgical facelift or liposuction.

A 2025 scoping review of 1470 nm endolaser procedures identified 26 publications; only one was a randomized trial, and most were case series. There are marked differences between protocols, and stronger research is needed to establish the durability of long-term outcomes.

Pain, swelling, bruising, temporary numbness, infection, burns, irregular contour, and pigment changes may occur. Rarely, nerve or vascular damage, fibrosis, and unintended tissue loss may develop. The wavelength, fiber, and treatment area to be used are selected according to the device’s approved scope of use and the person’s anatomy.

This text is intended for general information and is not personalized diagnostic or treatment advice. Eligibility is determined after a medical history and examination. Outcomes may vary from person to person; a specific result cannot be guaranteed.
