Evidence-based information on exosome products
Exosomes are small extracellular vesicles that play a role in intercellular communication. Research in aesthetic dermatology is at an early stage. A 2026 systematic review reported positive signals in short-term skin-quality outcomes; however, it stated that most studies had a high risk of bias, used differing methods, and provided evidence of low or very low certainty.
The product source, contents, purity, manufacturing standard, storage, and route of administration affect outcomes. Long-term safety and a standard dose for injectable use have not been established. The U.S. FDA has issued a warning about serious adverse events associated with unapproved exosome products and has stated that there are no approved exosome products. The current legal status of any product to be used in Türkiye must also be verified.
This appointment is only for the assessment of product documentation, scientific evidence, and individual eligibility; it is not an exosome injection or a promise of results.
This text is intended for general information and is not personalized diagnostic or treatment advice. Eligibility is determined after a medical history and examination. Outcomes may vary from person to person; a specific result cannot be guaranteed.
